Professional Member

For all psychotherapists who are currently practicing or plan
to practice during the membership year
Associate Member - $75
Individuals who wish to provide support through donation of goods/services.
Friends of CAP - $50
For supportive members of the general public
Student Member - $40

Payments
1. We use paypal to collect payments online for memberships.

like sign-up online now.
2. Use this form (Membership
Application PDF) to mail your check, money order, or credit
card information.
If you would like to send a check, you can use this form
to register and create a profile but it will not be available
to the public until payment has been received. (Create
Profile)

Code of Ethics
Members must agree to the Code
of Ethics when registering to become a member.
Use of This Website
With you membership you will be able to create and maintain
your own personal profile page which is searchable
by the public in many ways: by specialty, all words, last
name, area of the state and more! You can also upload your
own photo or business logo on your page. In the future, we
will have a separate members area with information exclusively
for our members.
